Our staff is often commended on their professional yet friendly approach. We will do everything we can to make your visit as comfortable as possible. We ensure a high ratio of nursing staff per patient with an average of three to four patients to one nurse/midwife. This ratio is increased to one to one care in critical areas such as the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and Labour Ward. Patient safety is our main concern. The Mayflower Hospital has specialists and facilities on hand should an emergency arise. In these circumstances you or your child will be cared for by senior doctors such as Consultant Obstetricians, Gynaecologists or Paediatricians, Consultant Anaesthetists.These facilities include a dedicated emergency obstetric theatre, NICU / Special Care Baby Unit (SCBU).

Ground Floor
Out-patients consultation rooms, main reception desk, patients waiting hall, ultrasound room, pharmacy, sample collection laboratory room. There is an exclusive car-parking area for the Mayflower patients for about 8 cars in the front. If this is full, at peak-hours, please park your car in the hospital car-park at the back of the hospital. This can accommodate 10 more cars.

Second floor
Indoor patient’s rooms including super-deluxe, deluxe, special & semi-special (shared) rooms.
